Major General Bogdan Rycerski was born on 6 December, 1971 in Wohyń, Lubelskie Voivodeship, Poland. He assumed the command of the Joint Force Training Centre in Bydgoszcz, Poland on 30 September 2024.

  • 2011–2017 – Tank Battalion Commander, then Brigade Chief of Staff, 10th Armoured Cavalry Brigade, Świętoszów (POL)
  • 2017–2020 – Deputy Commander, 15th Mechanised Brigade, Giżycko (POL)
  • 2020–2021 – Commander, 15th Mechanised Brigade, Giżycko (POL)
  • 2021–2024 – Chief of Staff, Multinational Corps Northeast, Szczecin (POL)
